LIVE SESSION

Office Hours for Overthinkers

A live group coaching space where clarity happens in real time.

Office Hours are a place to bring a real question, listen in, or simply think alongside others navigating career and leadership decisions. There’s no agenda and no pressure to perform.

Four people in a video conference call, each smiling and waving at their cameras. Two women and two men are shown in separate video frames, appearing cheerful and engaged.

What actually happens in Office Hours the Studio

  • “I’m doing well on paper, but something feels off. How do I name that?”

  • “I’m considering a role change, but I don’t trust my own judgment.”

  • “I’ve grown, but my work hasn’t caught up yet.”

  • “I keep overthinking this decision. What’s the next grounded step?”

  • “I want to lead differently, but I’m not sure how to shift without risk.”

How participation works

You can attend live, submit a question in advance, or just listen.

Some people are coached directly.
Others gain clarity simply by hearing how questions are explored.

Replays are shared after each session.

No commitment required.

Behind the Scenes

Office Hours sit alongside a growing library of reflections, tools, and prior conversations for people who want to stay connected to this work over time.

The right circle is orange, labeled 'WHAT I REALLY WANT' with 'Action' underneath and a right arrow. The overlapping blue circle in the middle is labeled 'STUCK'.
A colorful chart showing four imposter zones labeled Saboteur, Phoney, Beginner, and Expert, with axes labeled Not Aware and Aware, and Known and Unknown. The zones are color-coded orange, blue, dark blue, and red respectively.

Looking Ahead

I’m also developing JessicaAI, a private, reflective tool designed to help people think through questions between sessions.

It’s not meant to replace coaching.
It’s meant to support clearer thinking in everyday moments.

More on this soon.
