Results-Based Leadership Coaching
GOAL SETTING AND INTENTIONS
We begin by clarifying one to three leadership, career, or mindset goals. This happens in a focused 60-minute session where we define priorities, surface internal and external blockers, and align on what success looks like.
You’ll complete a brief self-assessment in advance, and we’ll capture goals inside a shared framework so progress stays visible and intentional.
COACHING AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Ongoing coaching typically takes place every two weeks. Sessions are up to 60 minutes and are designed to support reflection, decision-making, and follow-through.
Accountability is built into the work so insight turns into action and leadership habits are practiced, not just discussed.
CAREER AND LEADERSHIP CLARITY TOOLS
When relevant, we draw from structured self-discovery exercises from Finding Passion to support clarity, identity shifts, and long-term alignment.
These tools help leaders move from reflection to grounded action without over-intellectualizing the process.
RUNWAY FOR RESULTS
Leadership development unfolds over time. Most leadership engagements span six to twelve months, with regular check-ins every three months to assess progress, recalibrate goals, and adjust focus as responsibilities evolve.
The emphasis is on integration so changes are sustained well beyond the coaching container.
