LEADERSHIP COACHING
Lead with clarity,
not self-doubt
Leadership coaching for thoughtful, high-performing professionals stepping into greater responsibility, visibility, and complexity..
What if leading yourself is the work?
Are you…
Stepping into greater visibility and responsibility, but not feeling fully grounded yet
Carrying a strong track record while still second-guessing yourself internally
Feeling pressure to show up as a leader or expert while managing quiet self-doubt
A high-performing, underrepresented leader navigating expectations that feel heavier than they should
Ready to lead more openly and confidently, without overcompensating or hiding parts of yourself
You’re in the right place.
What this work supports
-

Career Alignment
We work on aligning your role, responsibilities, and direction with who you are now and the impact you want to have, without forcing unnecessary change.
-

Working with Internal Pressure
We address the internal patterns that create pressure, such as perfectionism, harsh self-talk, and second-guessing, so you can stay steady and resilient when work is complex or ambiguous.
-

Leadership Presence and Self-Trust
Our work strengthens self-trust, leadership presence, and confidence so you can make decisions from a grounded place, especially when the stakes are high.
This work is not about quick fixes
or surface-level confidenceIt’s not about learning how to look confident.
It’s not about pushing through self-doubt.
And it’s not about performing leadership the way others expect you to.This work focuses on building the internal capacity required for sustained leadership at higher levels.
That means strengthening how you think, decide, and lead when the stakes are real.
So your confidence comes from clarity and self-trust, not effort or overcompensation.
For Directors and above
Leadership coaching is available at any stage.
For directors and senior leaders, the work often becomes a longer-term partnership.
This level of support is frequently sponsored by organizations as part of leadership or executive development. It reflects the realities of expanded scope, visibility, and responsibility.
You already perform at a high level.
This coaching supports the deeper capacity required as expectations rise, helping you think clearly, lead with presence, and make sound decisions under pressure.
As a long-term partnership, the focus is steady growth over time.
You’ll have a parter to help support reflection, decision-making, and follow-through as roles and demands evolve.
If you’re navigating greater responsibility and want steady, thoughtful support,
a short conversation can help you decide whether this work is the right fit.
How we’ll work together
CLARIFYING DIRECTION
We begin by clarifying what you want to work toward now.
In our early sessions, we slow things down enough to name what matters, surface what’s getting in the way, and define what “forward” actually looks like for you.
You’ll complete a short self-reflection to help us start in the right place, and we’ll revisit direction as your thinking evolves.
ONGOING COACHING SUPPORT
We meet regularly, typically every two weeks, to maintain continuity and momentum without rushing change.
Sessions are up to 60 minutes and focus on what’s most present for you at each step. Together, we translate insight into grounded next steps you can actually sustain.
Appointments are booked in advance so this work has a steady place in your life.
FINDING PASSION WORKBOOK
You’ll have access to a small set of reflective exercises drawn from my book, Finding Passion, if they’re helpful.
These tools offer structure for thinking things through, but they’re always optional and used in service of your real-time questions.
LONGER-TERM PARTNERSHIP
Most people engage in this work for 6–12 months, giving us enough time to think clearly, work through real leadership challenges, and integrate change without rushing.
We check in regularly on what’s working and what needs to shift as your role, visibility, and responsibilities evolve. As clarity strengthens, we focus on changes that last beyond our sessions, not just during them.
This work is designed to support you over time, not just through a single decision point.
WORKING THROUGH REAL LIFE
Change doesn’t happen in a straight line. There will be busy weeks, second thoughts, and moments where things feel unclear.
My role is to help you stay connected to what matters, especially when momentum dips or life interrupts your plans. When setbacks happen, we use them as information, not failure, and adjust together.

Reimagining Success, Inner Confidence

Overcame Imposter Syndrome
-
A tech director questioned his internal narrative and leadership confidence. He shifted from self-judgment to self-support, released perfectionism, and stepped into his role with greater ease and confidence.
