LEADERSHIP COACHING

Become the Leader You Want to Be

Leadership coaching for accomplished professionals ready to grow into greater responsibility, impact, and complexity without losing themselves in the process.

Who do you want to be as a leader?

Are you…

  • Stepping into greater responsibility or visibility and wanting to feel more grounded as you do?

  • Building on a strong track record while still second-guessing yourself at times?

  • Managing pressure, perfectionism, or expectations that feel heavier than they need to?

  • Ready to lead more openly and confidently without overcompensating or hiding parts of yourself?

You’re in the right place.

Where We’ll Focus

  • A person holding a laptop and a bag, walking outdoors in front of a cityscape during the sunset.

    Leadership Direction

Clarify how you want to lead, where to focus your energy, and the impact you want to have as your responsibilities grow.

  • Sunset over the ocean with rays of light extending from clouds, reflecting on the wet sand.

    Leading Through Internal Pressure

Recognize and shift perfectionism, harsh self-talk, and second-guessing so you can stay steady and effective when work gets complex.

  • A woman with long, wavy brown hair, smiling broadly, sitting at a desk with a laptop and a white mug. There is a decorative gold scale in the background.

    Leadership Presence and Self-Trust

Build confidence in your judgment, communicate clearly, and lead from a grounded place when the stakes are high.

Confidence that doesn’t require performance

This work isn’t about looking confident, pushing through self-doubt, or performing leadership the way others expect.

It builds your capacity to think clearly, make sound decisions, and remain grounded when the stakes are real.

So your confidence comes from self-trust, not effort or overcompensation.

For leaders carrying more

Leadership coaching is available to managers through senior executives navigating greater responsibility, visibility, or complexity.

We begin with a focused three-month partnership centered on the leadership challenges and growth most important to you.

Coaching may be privately funded or sponsored by your organization as part of leadership or executive development.

If you’re ready to invest in how you lead as expectations rise, let’s explore whether working together is the right fit.

How we’ll work together

Clarify what matters now
We begin by identifying the leadership challenges, patterns, and goals most important to you.

Build steady momentum
We meet every two weeks across three months, using real leadership situations to turn insight into practical change.

Adjust through real life
As responsibilities and circumstances evolve, we use new information, setbacks, and uncertainty to help you stay grounded and connected to what matters.

FAQs

How is your program different?

1

This is not quick-fix coaching or a leadership playbook. We work together on the real situations, habits, beliefs, and patterns shaping how you lead. I’ll challenge your thinking, help you see situations from different perspectives, and experiment with new approaches in the work you’re already doing.

The goal is not simply to solve today’s leadership challenge. It’s to strengthen your leadership operating system so you have greater confidence and capacity for the challenges that come next.

What happens in a leadership coaching session?

2

Sessions are conversational, focused, and driven by what’s most important to you. You set the agenda and goals for our work, and I help hold you accountable to them.

In a session, we might work through a difficult decision, pressure-test an idea, identify a pattern, prepare for an important conversation, strengthen your leadership presence, or turn a broad goal into a practical next step.

You may reflect out loud, get called out, experiment with a new approach, or leave with a challenge to put into practice before we meet again.

What results can I expect from coaching?

3

Clients often gain greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness in how they lead. They strengthen both how they lead themselves and how they lead others.

Depending on your goals, that may include making stronger decisions, communicating with greater impact, navigating visibility or performance expectations, preparing for promotion, leading through change, or handling greater responsibility with more confidence and less internal pressure.

The goal is not to become a different kind of leader. It’s to access more of the leader you already have the capacity to become.

Do you work with clients virtually? What locations do you support?

4

Yes. I work virtually with leaders across the United States, including clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. Scheduling is best suited to time zones that overlap reasonably with Pacific Time.

That’s it. Cleaner, and we don't need to enumerate San Jose, San Francisco, East Bay, etc. when San Francisco Bay Area covers the local signal.

My coaching is best suited for managers through senior executives who are ready to actively participate in their own growth. You may be stepping into greater responsibility, navigating a difficult leadership challenge, or simply know there is more capacity in you than you’re currently accessing.

You’re willing to reflect honestly, challenge your assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and take action between sessions.

This work is probably not the right fit if you primarily want a place to vent without changing anything, or if you’re looking for someone to hand you the answers. You set the goals. I’ll challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you uncover how you want to lead.

Yes. Many organizations invest in coaching as part of leadership development, promotion, expanded responsibility, or executive development. Coaching can be privately funded or sponsored by your employer.

If your organization is sponsoring the engagement, we can align on goals and expectations while maintaining appropriate confidentiality around our coaching conversations.

Ready to become the leader you want to be?

You don’t need to have every leadership challenge figured out before we talk. If you’re ready to grow how you lead, strengthen your self-trust, and meet greater responsibility without losing yourself in the process, let’s start there.
