My own career and leadership experiences reshaped how I think about success, confidence, and what it means to keep growing. Today, I help clients challenge the patterns that hold them back, trust themselves more deeply, and become more intentional about who they want to be.

My perspective is shaped by 25 years of corporate experience and 2,500+ hours of coaching, helping people create meaningful changes in how they think, lead, and show up that continue well beyond our work together.
