Whether this is your first career change or a later one, a crossroads often brings more than a professional decision.
It brings questions of identity, capacity, and direction.

I work with thoughtful, midcareer professionals who tend to overthink and want to move forward without rushing or compromising themselves. At this stage, it’s common to second-guess decisions and feel unsure how to navigate what’s ahead.

This coaching provides a steady place to think clearly, work through the unknowns, and make decisions that align with who you are now and where you want to go.

You don’t need quick fixes.
You need space, structure, and a partner who understands this terrain.

How we’ll work together

Clarify what matters now

We begin by identifying the leadership challenges, patterns, and goals most important to you.

Build steady momentum

We meet every two weeks across three months, using real leadership situations to translate insight into practical change.

A colorful infographic titled 'Best Practices: Define Goals & Intentions' shows a template with four sections: 'Desires' in yellow, 'Blockers' in red, 'Outcomes' in blue, and 'Intentions' at the top, with 'Ultimate Goals Template' written at the bottom.

Adjust through real life

As responsibilities and circumstances evolve, we use setbacks and uncertainty as information, helping you stay grounded and connected to what matters.

FAQs

How is your career coaching different?

1

This is not quick-fix coaching or a job search strategy session. We partner together to understand what is driving your uncertainty, clarify what matters most, and build the confidence to move forward. Along the way, we may strengthen how you tell your story, make decisions, and navigate your next chapter with greater alignment.

What happens in a career coaching session?

2

Sessions are conversational, focused, and tailored to what you need most that day. We may work through a career decision, identify patterns, clarify your strengths, review your resume as a reflection of your professional story, prepare for an important interview or conversation, or turn a broad goal into a practical next step.

What results can I expect from coaching?

3

Clients often gain greater clarity, confidence, and momentum. Depending on their goals, that may include making a career decision, articulating their value more clearly, strengthening their resume or interview approach, preparing for a promotion, navigating a transition, or feeling more grounded in what comes next. When clients land a new role, they often continue coaching to support their first 90 days.

Do you review resumes and help with interviews?

4

Yes, when they support your broader career goals. Rather than simply editing a resume or rehearsing interview answers, we use them to strengthen how you communicate your experience, leadership, and value. Your resume often becomes a useful reflection of how clearly you see and describe your own professional story. If you don’t love your resume or leave an interview feeling that you represented yourself well, we have work to do.

Do you only work with people in tech?

Many of my clients work in technology because of my background in Enterprise Talent Management at Amazon and consulting with Deloitte. I understand the pace, ambiguity, and leadership challenges common in large, fast-paced organizations, from engineering and product management to HR, operations, and business functions.

That said, the coaching isn't industry-specific. Together, we focus on the transferable strengths, leadership patterns, and career decisions that help you thrive wherever your next chapter leads.

Is this the right fit for you?

Career clarity coaching offers space to think clearly, make grounded decisions, and move forward with confidence.

A short conversation can help you decide if this is the right next step.
