Our coaching partnership is designed to help you make meaningful progress toward what matters most. Below, you'll find everything you need to get started.
Step 1 : Book your first session
The best next step is to schedule your first session.
Most clients find that meeting every two weeks creates enough momentum while leaving time to apply what we're working on between sessions.
For ongoing coaching, many clients also prefer to reserve several sessions in advance so they have a consistent rhythm on the calendar.
Step 2 : Complete your intake
Please complete this before our first session. Most people spend about 10–20 minutes reflecting on the questions. Your responses help me understand what matters most right now so we can begin with clarity.
Step 3 : Review the Coaching Agreement
Please review the full Coaching Agreement and Terms & Conditions before we begin.
A few key policies to note:
Booked sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered used, except in emergencies.
Sessions are intended to be used within each billing period. Unused sessions do not carry forward beyond 30 days from the start of that billing period.

Sessions are confidential.
You don't need to prepare perfectly.
Bring what's most important.
We'll decide together what matters most.
Growth happens between sessions as much as during them.

Scheduling & Rescheduling
Booked sessions include a confirmation email and calendar invite.
Automatic reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before each session
To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or calendar details.
